IT’SUGAR in Atlantic City is seeking a fun, dynamic Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience as the premier SUGARTAINER. You will handle sales floor duties, product knowledge, and register operations, with potential opening/closing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes high energy, customer engagement, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work alone or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engagement using the SUGARTAINMENT model.
• Assist customers with requests and inquiries; operate the POS/cash register to cash out customers.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and visually compliant; merchandise displays per guidelines.
• Open or close the store as needed; support with events and promotions.
• Support store operations and loss-prevention procedures as required.
