Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder for the Flatiron store in New York. This role requires shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and reports to the Store Manager.

You will lead the team on the floor, uphold Framebridge standards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will demonstrate product knowledge, coach retail team members, and drive store performance while embodying the Framebridge brand and values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a retail, customer service, or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to coach others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in our stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide design advice to customers.
