Framebridge in Greenwich Village is hiring a Retail Keyholder to energize the store floor with a customer-first mindset and lead by example. You will uphold Framebridge standards, assist the Store Manager, coach team members, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

This role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, a background in retail or hospitality, and a passion for design.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in design and Framebridge products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge on the retail floor.
• Support onboarding and training of new retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coach team members with strong listening and communication to build relationships.
