Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder for the Roland Park location to lead in-store experiences and uphold Framebridge’s brand standards. You will guide the team, assist customers with design advice, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

The role requires evenings and weekends flexibility, with opportunities to contribute to a growing retail team in a design-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Keyholder experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and creativity; ability to discuss design with customers.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in-store.
• Support onboarding and training of new retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team accordingly.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Suggest ideas to innovate and improve the retail experience.
• Help deliver on Framebridge's 100% happiness guarantee.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
