Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a part-time Keyholder to lead store teams with energy, customer-first attitude, and brand stewardship. You will play a trusted role on the floor, handling keyholding responsibilities and ensuring a memorable Framebridge experience for every customer.

As a Keyholder, you will train and mentor staff, drive sales, and uphold Framebridge standards with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business goals.

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coach retail team members and share product knowledge with customers.
