Job summary

Kendra Scott in Austin, TX is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW guest experiences and assisting with daily store operations.

You’ll train and motivate Stylists, drive sales, protect assets, and ensure a welcoming environment where guests feel seen and valued.

This role requires flexible scheduling, 30+ hours per week including nights and weekends, and a passion for fashion, community involvement, and giving back.

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
