Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support sales plans and operational tasks. You will be a front-line leader, engaging customers and guiding the team to deliver brand-aligned experiences.

You will coach colleagues, model selling behaviors, and ensure knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies. This role requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team at shift start.
• Handle opening/closing routines, banking, shipments, and directives.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, and adhere to policies.
