The role involves opening/closing routines, engaging customers, and supporting visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on duty and address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide team performance feedback to leadership.
• Drive in-store consumer experiences with personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, store policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily directions for the team and manage opening/closing routines.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Foster genuine connections with customers and enroll rewards programs.
