Job summary

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and ensure accurate cash handling at POS.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and adhere to company policies.
