Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leaders are front-line advocates, combining retail savvy with brand ambassadorship to connect with customers.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and maintaining high standards in safety, policies, and store appearance while guiding teams through daily goals and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, and making personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
