Bath & Body Works in Michigan is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through store and operational tasks. As a Key Holder you will help lead team performance, coach associates, handle opening/closing routines, and ensure safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visuals, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store policies.
