Job summary

Boot Barn located in Houston, TX is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and model service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, capture rates).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with store operations.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment on the floor.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS registers.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Open and close procedures in line with company standards.
