Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise and monitor stock; complete sales transactions at POS.
• Adhere to Time and Attendance policies and local laws.
• Support store leadership and participate in opening/closing procedures.
