Job summary

Boot Barn in Duluth, MN is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to create an exceptional in-store experience while delivering leadership and support to store partners. You will embody our mission and apply selling and service expertise at the POS.

You will develop product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, and work with the leadership team to drive sales, growth, and customer satisfaction through strong teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer info capture rates.
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitor/replenish floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountabilities at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and comply with Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
