• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set direction and goals for the day when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
