• Lead duties as Store Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer issues.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.

• Set daily shift goals and supervise opening/closing routines.
• Manage bank deposits, receipts, shipments, and execute directives.
• Build genuine customer connections with needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and merchandising.
• Maintain safety and physical requirements.
