Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder who will support achieving sales plans through effective store execution and leadership tasks. You will act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, guiding associates, handling customer issues, and maintaining store standards.

You will coach team members, drive exceptional customer experiences, and demonstrate our product knowledge. This role requires physical activity, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to our brand

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to foster a selling culture.
• Experience leading a team or acting as Manager on Duty preferred.
• Able to coach associates and deliver feedback in real time.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and assist Store Manager as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Set daily goals and direct the team at opening and during shifts.
• Ensure opening/closing routines, banking, and operations are executed smoothly.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
