• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling excellence and product knowledge.
• Maintain product knowledge, store policies, and merchandising standards.
• Set the daily shift direction and goals for associates.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handling shipments and directives.
• Engage customers with needs-based recommendations and product demos.
• Assist with floorset execution and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and store appearance at all times.
• Lift and move products as required by store operations.
