Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display product knowledge and follow company policies and store strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, and shift communications.
• Engage customers with needs-based recommendations and product demos.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
• Maintain safety and store appearance by following standards.
