Job summary

Boot Barn in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Part-time Key Holder who will engage customers, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and support the store leadership team. You’ll master product knowledge, promote promotions, and help meet sales goals while ensuring accurate POS transactions and store procedures.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative, community-minded environment that values inclusion, growth, and customer service, with opportunities to develop leadership and merchandising skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Maintain current promotions and advertisements awareness.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS registers.
