Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at Sierra Store Naples to lead store operations and maintain outstanding customer service.

This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and involves acting as Manager on Duty while coaching associates and ensuring adherence to store procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining staffing, guiding service quality, and collaborating with management to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Promotes labor laws, policies, and procedures adherence
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
