Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Key Carrier at Sierra to support store operations and leadership on a dynamic retail floor. You will rotate between Coordinator and Key Carrier duties, maintaining customer service excellence and adherence to policies.

Availability includes nights and weekends as required. Successful candidates bring at least a year in retail and six months in a leadership role, plus strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Coordinates tasks to maintain store operations and staffing levels.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Supports safety and loss prevention programs.
