Job summary

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required. You will mentor Associates, manage coverage, and uphold safety and labor standards while supporting store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, delegate and follow-up on tasks.
• Knowledge of store procedures and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Maintains store operations and allocates tasks to team.
• Coaches Associates and provides constructive feedback.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management.
• Supports safety and shrink reduction programs.
