Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Sierra team is seeking a store associate to support receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You’ll work with a diverse team across our off-price retail brands and learn our merchandising philosophy. You’ll train with leaders, help tag and stock merchandise, and maintain clean backrooms while adhering to safety and loss-prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience in retail leadership is a plus.
