Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit and mentor Associates, fostering a positive environment for teams and customers.
• Communicate plans for projects, targets and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
