Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and model a positive, engaging environment.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and improve loss prevention and store layout.
