Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Store Planner to support the Store Planning team across new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects. You will guide site evaluation, pre-development planning, fixture planning, and architectural criteria development from start to finish.

Responsibilities include shell reviews, feasibility analysis, and collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, and Design teams to ensure alignment with company standards and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shell reviews and evaluate sites for new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects.
• Analyze site conditions, lease requirements, landlord criteria, surveys, and construction constraints to assess feasibility and develop planning solutions.
• Develop site-specific fixture plans and architectural criteria drawings that comply with standards.
• Drive execution of planning programs, manage schedules, and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Design, Store Operations, and external partners to support project success.
