TAWA Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Store Technical Support to keep retail technology running smoothly. Based in Northern California, the role requires travel to other states for on-site support.

The position covers troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and POS issues, setting up and maintaining store tech, and coaching staff on system use while ensuring security and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of technical support, help desk, retail technology, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers, mobile devices, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical support to store staff.
• Troubleshoot POS systems, payment terminals, printers, scanners, tablets, computers, and other store equipment.
