Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to independently maintain retail store technologies and computer systems in client locations. You will perform installations, repairs, and support across Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products in stores, banks, and SMB settings.

The role requires traveling up to 100% domestically, with overtime and on-call coverage as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma and IT/technical training; strong POS and PC/network

Formación

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/technical degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% domestically; travel may be required for installations or service delivery.
• Strong PC, network, and POS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and maintain retail store technologies and computer systems.
• Travel within territory or nationally to customer locations for installations or service work.
• Provide on-site support and ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Document activities in required systems and follow Toshiba standards.
