Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a retail IT or POS support role.
• Strong knowledge of retail store technology and POS systems.
• Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
• Windows Server administration and cloud familiarity (Microsoft 365, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal functioning of network, connectivity and end-user infrastructure at retail locations and corporate.
• Oversee lifecycle management of retail store technology and POS systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and own resolution.
• Manage backups, business continuity routines and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate provisioning and installation for upgrades, new store openings and expansions; manage external vendors.
• Collaborate with regional IT peers and corporate stakeholders to anticipate support needs.
• Maintain and update documentation, asset records and shared materials.
