Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana invites applications for a Retail Infrastructure Specialist to safeguard store technology, networks and end-user systems across the US and Canada with a focus on in-store connectivity. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless customer and employee experiences.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, proactive collaboration and strong coordination with vendors. Travel to regional locations is expected as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail IT or POS support.
• Balance hands-on work with cross-functional coordination across peers and external vendors.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Willingness to travel regionally across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and performance of store technology, network and end-user infrastructure.
• Coordinate provisioning, upgrades and new store openings with regional/global teams.
• Manage backups, business continuity routines and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with IT Project & Support Specialist and PC & Telecommunications Specialist on shared activities.
