Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Manager, Retail Operating Systems & Applications to drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of retail technology across the Americas. You will lead technology projects that enhance boutique operations, improve the employee experience, and elevate the client journey.

The role requires strong project management, testing coordination, and stakeholder collaboration with experience in POS, CRM, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in retail operations, retail technology, or project management.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, application rollouts, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of retail technology and operational processes with analytical skills.
• Experience with POS, CRM, inventory management, SAP, Salesforce or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail technology projects from planning through implementation and optimization.
• Coordinate testing, pilots, deployments, and rollouts; track progress and risks.
• Partner with boutiques and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into requirements.
• Create project documentation, user guides, and supporting materials.
• Support change management and adoption; gather feedback and recommend improvements.
