Job summary

Roses Discount Stor is seeking a Retail Store Systems Lead to manage end-to-end store technology across locations. You will coordinate with POS vendors, ensure PCI compliance, and support openings, closures, and deployments.

The role requires 3+ years in retail IT, knowledge of NCR/Toshiba/MICROS, and strong vendor/project management. On-site with the Retail Technology team, you will drive performance and security across our store network.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in retail systems or IT operations, including vendor and project management.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems (NCR, Toshiba, Oracle MICROS).
• Solid PCI compliance and security best practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for POS software/hardware vendor.
• Manage vendor SLAs, escalations, updates, and reviews.
• Coordinate system upgrades, feature deployments, and bug fixes with vendor teams.
• Oversee POS hardware depot, inventory, RMA handling, and lifecycle management across locations.
• Lead technical planning for new store openings and closures; coordinate installations.
