Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to support Jewel-Osco stores in Chicagoland, IA and IN. You will deploy equipment, install hardware and software, and support networked POS systems, printers, scales, and servers across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on IT support, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel up to 25% to stores in the Chicagoland area and surrounding states. Based in Itasca, IL with daily field assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred or technical certs.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software in a retail environment.
• Experience with networked store systems and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to Jewel-Osco stores across Chicagoland, IA and IN.
• Deploy equipment, install hardware/software, and repair devices.
• Troubleshoot and configure POS, printers, scales, and network servers.
• Travel to stores; coordinate with corporate IT groups.
