Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an IT Service and Delivery Technician III to support Jewel-Osco stores across Chicagoland, IA, IN, and surrounding areas. Base is Itasca, IL with daily travel to stores and up to 25% travel required.

You will deploy equipment, install hardware/software, and support PCs, printers, POS systems, scales, and network servers while coordinating with the Support Center and Corporate IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical systems experience with project exposure.
• 2+ years of retailer store systems and hardware experience preferred.
• 3+ years of installation/configuration of desktop/peripheral technology preferred.
• Good driving record and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Jewel-Osco stores in Chicagoland, IA and IN and surrounding areas.
• Deploy equipment, install hardware/software and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Repair and maintain PCs, printers, POS systems, scales and network servers.
• Collaborate with Support Center and corporate IT groups on on-site needs.
• Travel up to 25% to multiple stores with advance notice.
