Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to provide IT support for Jewel-Osco stores in Chicagoland, IA and IN and surrounding areas. You will deploy equipment, install hardware and software, and support POS systems, printers, scales, and network servers.

Based in Itasca, IL, this role requires up to 25% travel to various Jewel/Osco locations with a focus on delivering reliable store IT services and resolving issues quickly to keep stores running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred or equivalent technical training.
• 5+ years of technical systems experience and 2+ years of technical support.
• 2+ years of experience with retail store systems and hardware.
• Experience with installation and configuration of desktop and peripheral technology.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Jewel-Osco stores in Chicagoland area and IA/IN.
• Deploy equipment and install hardware and software.
• Work with computers, printers, POS systems, scales, and network servers.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware; ensure system recoverability.
• Travel up to 25% to support stores; coordinate with Support Center and Corporate IT.
