Job summary

Albertsons Companies seeks a Service and Delivery Technician III to provide IT support for Jewel-Osco stores in Chicagoland, IA, IN, and surrounding areas. You will deploy equipment and install hardware and software, and support PCs, printers, POS systems, scales, and network servers.

Based in Itasca, IL, you will travel daily to Jewel-Osco stores across the Chicagoland area with up to 25% travel; shifts may include evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years technical/training experience preferred.
• 2+ years retail store tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support standard hardware and systems across Jewel-Osco stores.
• Repair PC/Server hardware, network hardware, RF hardware, and printers.
• Provide complete recoverability of systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Install new hardware and software.
• Provide IT support and meet SLAs.
• Assist with remote connectivity and network support.
• Travel up to 25% to stores.
