Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to provide IT support for Jewel-Osco stores in the Chicagoland area and surrounding states. The role involves deploying equipment, installing hardware and software, and supporting PCs, printers, POS systems, scales, and network servers.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, work with Store Directors, and travel to stores in the Chicagoland metro area, NW Indiana, Bloomington, Quad Cities, and nearby states.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; BA/BS preferred or 3+ years technical experience.
• Experience implementing IT projects; 2+ years of technical/store support preferred.
• Retail store systems and hardware experience strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Jewel-Osco stores in Chicagoland, IA, IN and surrounding areas.
• Deploy equipment and install hardware/software; support printers, POS systems, PCs and servers.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware; ensure recoverability of systems and applications.
• Travel up to 25% to multiple Jewel/Osco locations; coordinate with Corporate IT groups.
