CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical support for store hardware and software, including POS, pharmacy systems, and inventory management tools. The role involves on-site work across CVS locations in Seattle/Tacoma WA and Portland OR, with on-call duties and a 40-hour work week.

You will perform maintenance, install new equipment, and troubleshoot advanced issues, while collaborating with the technology team to ensure systems are up and running.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, maintenance and repairs.
• Valid Driver's License with no major violations.
• Willingness to drive between CVS locations within Seattle/Tacoma WA and Portland OR areas (Reside in the territory supported).
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift 75lbs+ and occasionally work on a ladder.

Aufgaben

• Delivers technical support to field employees, assisting with issues related to POS systems, pharmacy systems, photo kiosks, and inventory management systems.
• Performs regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements.
• Integrates new technology equipment into stores, including setting up new POS terminals and configuring software.
• Conducts complex troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Maintains records of service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
