Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support at CVS Pharmacy locations, traveling between stores to maintain and repair computer systems, hardware, and store technology. Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel between Spartanburg CVS locations.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasional ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support.
• Maintain and repair POS systems, pharmacy systems, kiosks, and inventory systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, updates and upgrades with minimal supervision.
• Install and configure POS terminals and connectivity in stores.
• Diagnose and resolve complex on-site issues and determine root causes.
• Document service calls, installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with help desk, network engineers, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to store colleagues during troubleshooting.
• Manage IT parts inventory and place orders to ensure readiness.
• Participate in on-call rotations for urgent service needs.
