Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Retail Inventory Consultant to help retailers migrate inventory data into Toast and ensure a clean, accurate upload. You will run Item Library Review meetings and support customers through go-live, collaborating with Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition.

You will manage multiple onboarding projects regionally, providing post-live guidance and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the initial 30 days of usage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in roles focused on customer satisfaction and operations (e.g., retail store manager)
• 2+ years inventory analysis in Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality
• 1+ years in project management or implementation with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Able to navigate changing priorities and work independently

Responsibilities

• Collect customers' inventory exports and perform data cleanup
• Migrate data into ToastWeb and review for accuracy
• Host Item Library Review meetings with customers prior to go-live
• Support onboarding for customers during their first 30 days
• Act as the inventory relationship manager from sale through onboarding
• Manage multiple regional onboarding projects with autonomy
