Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to serve as the customer’s relationship manager from purchase through onboarding. You will work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to hit activation goals and deliver high‑quality interactions.

The role focuses on retail clients, with responsibilities including go-live planning, remote onboarding, and staff training to ensure efficient adoption of Toast POS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in roles focused on customer satisfaction and retail operations.
• 1+ years in project management or implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retail owners during Go-Live to build onboarding plans.
• Create best practices for daily operations (labor, inventory, guest relations).
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
• Perform remote onboarding and document Toast POS installation.
• Lead onboarding training for retail staff on Toast configuration.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements in your region.
• Provide post-live remote guidance during first 30 days.
