Job summary

Toast is expanding its POS platform into new verticals, and as a Retail Account Executive you’ll join a founding team to build the Toast Retail platform for convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts in an assigned territory.

Using a consultative approach, you’ll conduct demos, tailor solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver on promises.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospective clients and manage full sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop tailored solutions for prospect needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Analyze competitive landscape and position Toast in the market.
