Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Back of the House Supervisor to oversee inventory, policy compliance, receiving orders, and overall store operations. You will lead the inventory team, ensure FIFO compliance, and optimize order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

This role partners with HR to recruit and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and enforce safety standards, while collaborating with store managers to drive results and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age (per state regulations).
• Store management experience preferred.
• 2+ years supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
• 4+ years’ retail experience including front end and/or inventory responsibilities.
• Experience with significant P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute inventory initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to align strategic objectives and plans.
• Maintain audit readiness and acceptable scores.
• Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies within the store.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and staff; partner with HR on staffing and training.
• Support other duties across operations including call center, sales, outreach, security, delivery, and merchandising.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or a related field
