You will manage the inventory team, enforce FIFO receiving, and coordinate with HR on recruitment and training to ensure consistent performance. The role focuses on maintaining audit readiness, improving processes, and delivering leadership to store personnel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Store management experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage inventory-specific initiatives and master calendar.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
• Lead cross-divisional collaboration to align objectives and plans.
• Ensure audit compliance and acceptable scores across the store.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Provide guidance and leadership to foster ongoing improvement and teamwork.
