Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Back of House Manager in Illinois to supervise inventory, receiving, audits, and compliance. You will lead the inventory team, support cash reconciliation, and ensure menu integrity and adherence to state regulations.

The role collaborates with HQ and stores to optimize operations, staffing, and training while driving safety and performance standards across all dispensary functions.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older per state regulations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years retail experience incl. inventory/front-end
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred or 1 year if applicable

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory initiatives and master calendar.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly via team leadership.
• Conduct internal audits to assess risk and improve processes.
• Maintain audit-ready cash handling and reporting procedures.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the store.
