PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Back of the House Supervisor to lead inventory receiving, FIFO compliance, and order fulfillment across our retail dispensaries.

You will drive policy, training, and audit compliance while coordinating with store leadership to meet performance goals. You will recruit, train, and develop store teams, deliver performance reviews, and ensure consistent operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or per state regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
• 1 year PharmaCann supervisory experience may substitute for 2 years.
• Minimum 4 years’ retail experience including front-end and/or inventory responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and execute all inventory initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
• Work with cross-divisional teams to align on strategic objectives and plans.
• Maintain audit readiness and acceptable scores.
• Establish and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures for retail staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies within the store.
• Collaborate with other managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Interview, recruit, and hire to fill gaps based on performance and volume.
• Train managers and employees in operational standards using SOPs and policy.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar and onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure consistency across stores.
• Write and deliver performance reviews with the GM for succession planning.
• Manage performance and coaching in partnership with GM and HR.
• Maintain organized documentation of employee issues.
• Support other duties as assigned across operations including call center, sales consulting, outreach, security, and visual merchandising.
