Job summary

Story Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Lead to support inventory control, supervise associates, and maintain organized back-of-house operations. You will ensure proper storage, tagging, and system updates, while driving accuracy and compliance across shifts.

You will work with Dutchie, Lucid ID, and Metrc to manage counts, audits, and weekly variance reporting, helping optimize inventory turnover and store operations in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of inventory experience.
• Knowledge of marijuana industry strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using inventory software.
• Oversee processing and storage of incoming inventory.
• Tag, label and update system records for inventory.
• Train staff on proper inventory handling and compliance.
• Supervise Inventory Associates and ensure end-of-shift restocks.
• Maintain back stock and ensure Metrc tagging compliance.
• Attend weekly meetings with Supply Chain and GM.
