Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support store leadership in Back of House operations, ensure accuracy of inventory, and help maintain compliance with DCC and state regulations.

You will partner with the Inventory & Compliance Manager to coordinate daily processes, optimize deliveries and stock control, and drive store profitability through attentive service and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a leader in a retail environment.
• Experience working in highly regulated businesses is desirable.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a federal background check via Live Scan.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profitability by delivering excellent customer service and engaging customers.
• Lead the team in store level operations and daily routines.
• Ensure compliance with DCC, state and city regulations and company policies.
• Oversee back-of-house inventory processes, shipping/receiving, and stock organization.
• Travel to corporate offices or other stores for training and development as needed.
