Responsibilities

• Lead the team to perform store-level operational procedures accurately and on time per company policies.
• Train in loss prevention awareness and oversee adherence to loss prevention practices.
• Assist in leading shipping and receiving processes and ensure timely shipment turnaround.
• Assist in ensuring all operational tasks are completed.
• Maintain clean and organized backstock areas.
• Ensure compliance with DCC, State and City regulations.
• Ensure adherence to emergency and safety procedures to protect employees and customers.
• Continuously evaluate processes to keep them streamlined.
• Support menu-related operational tasks such as images and naming conventions.
• Assist in inventory report generation and distribution by 3pm PST.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
